15" The Multi-color Petticoat has 2 layers tulles outside Polyamide/Nylon, 1 layer Satin lining.
Elastic waistline closure. Waist Standard Size: 20.5-35.5 inches (fully stretched.)
Dress Length: 15.7inches. The waistband of tulle petticoat is made of elastic, snug, but stretchy material.
Lacing on the waist is decoration, and can NOT be adjusted. One Size Fits Most
